Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered processing.
